深圳大学研究生院隶属于深圳大学。于2014年11月27日正式成立。 深圳大学于1985年，经原国家教委教研司011号文件批准，深圳大学政治经济学（特区经济）和企业管理专业开始招收硕士研究生，至1988年共招收4届19名硕士研究生。1993年至1996年，该校政治经济学、中国古代文学、马克思主义哲学、建筑设计及其理论4个专业分别与华南师范大学、华南理工大学联合培养硕士生研究生共10人。 2014年11月27日，在前期筹建的基础上，深圳大学正式发文，成立研究生院。
